    The pools were great, but the restaurant prices were way too high. C'mon, 6 leva for soup? On the upside, the staff were lovely and super friendly!

    A nice size and brand-new rooms, I had very pleasant experience.

    Everything was simply superb. The morning meal was superb and great with fresh fruit and the fresh juices, as for instance. The atmosphere created was quiet!

    clean and modern place, exceptionally nice and pleasant staff. unbeatable location in good area, so close to bars, the restaurant at diner, and sandanski. incredible and cosy units with turkish bath, balcony, for instance.

    The infinity pool offers an amazing view, ideal for unwinding between adventures. The spacious rooms give you room to breathe, even if they show signs of aging.

    Constant noise from ongoing building efforts disrupts the experience. The dining experience is questionable-prices are steep, and food quality is disappointing, with many dishes often missing. Plus, communication can be a hassle since English isn't commonly spoken, which complicates even the simplest requests.

    Relaxing stay in Sandanski 🌞

    Loved the spacious room we got after switching, and the food was just lekker! The outdoor pools were really nice and heated. Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when sorting out our room change.

    Not too many hot pools or saunas available, but was decent enough for us.

    Impeccably clean, excellent value hotel, its location was picturesque and peaceful and short walk to the restaurant which was disturbing and warm canal and a public forum. The staff were highly professional and very supportive and created QUIET atmosphere. The room was both incredible and spotless with Turkish bath and nice interior, as example. The breakfast was great and offered plenty of options. I had pleasant days staying at this brand-new property.

    The hotel was very good. We had aa real good time there. The spa is one of the best.

    People dont speak greek or english and is sad to have that in a hotel like this.

    great amenities but overpriced dining

    The outdoor pools were perfect for relaxation, especially the one with the wet bar! I also appreciated the fine garden view from my beautiful room which added to the tranquil experience. The facilities for massages and spa treatments exceeded my expectations.

    The restaurant prices didn't match the quality of the food.
